Inclusion and diversity
The Royal College of Pharmacy is committed to improving the experience of people from all backgrounds within the pharmacy workforce. As the professional leadership body, we champion diversity and promote a culture of belonging across pharmacy, ensuring voices are heard and valued and that individuals can thrive without fear of discrimination.
Inclusion and diversity are embedded across our governance, leadership, professional support and advocacy work. We actively encourage applications from individuals of all protected characteristics to stand for election to our National Pharmacy Advisory Councils, and work to ensure our Senate and Board of Trustees reflect the diversity of the profession and the communities it serves.
Our inclusion and diversity strategy is due to be reviewed and updated in 2027.
