Education and professional development

The Royal College of Pharmacy provides learning, education and professional development to support pharmacists — including foundation trainees and students — and pharmaceutical scientists to deliver safe and effective care for their patients and the public. As the role of pharmacy expands within the health system, our work strengthens professional practice and underpins patient safety.

We develop high-quality, flexible learning resources, including through our online learning hub RCPharm Learn, developed in partnership with expert practitioners across pharmacy. These resources — including mentoring opportunities via our mentoring platform — support pharmacists at every career stage and across all settings.
