The Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) has published a Class 4 medicines defect notification for loperamide hydrochloride 2 mg orodispersible tablets. Milpharm Limited has identified two errors in the patient information leaflet (PIL) when compared against the appropriate orodispersible reference.
