Crescent Pharma Limited, Ramipril 2.5 mg Capsules, recall

Crescent Pharma Limited is initiating a precautionary recall of one batch of ramipril 2.5 mg capsules following the identification of a potential packaging error at the manufacturing site. Please note this is a Class 2 Patient, Pharmacy and Wholesaler level recall.

Pharmacists are advised to stop supplying the impacted batch of ramipril 2.5mg capsules immediately. Quarantine all remaining stock and return it to your supplier using your approved process. There is further advice for actions to take to contact patients where batch traceability is or is not available.
