Women’s health in the workplace: menopause and mental health
Published: 6 May 2022
This webinar was published when the organisation was the Royal Pharmaceutical Society.
This discussion explores menopause in the workplace and the support that can help women during this stage of life. We look at experiences of menopause and mental health, as well as some of the reasons menopause may not always be recognised or diagnosed.
Conversations around women’s health at work, including menopause, have become increasingly visible. This discussion considers what that means for pharmacy and how workplaces can better understand the experiences of colleagues going through menopause.
Amandeep Doll, Head of Professional Belonging, is joined by a panel of women who share their personal experiences and professional expertise, offering different perspectives on menopause and working life.
Presented by Amandeep Doll
