Recognise your privilege and become an influencer through ally-ship

Gain an understanding of what privilege is and what that means by discussing some of the advantages that white people have whether they are aware of this or not-and look at ways in which white people can engage with people of colour to promote ally-ship through pledges. The discussion will also include feminism and intersectionality and finally, how you can discover some constructive things you can do to become an ally in the fight against racism.
