| Start | Introduction with designated supervisor. Read your training record and ensure all your details are correct. Complete a learning contract with your designated supervisor |
| 13 weeks Progress report 1 | Complete a progress report with your designated supervisor. |
| 26 weeks Progress report 2 | Complete a progress report with your designated supervisor. |
| Working with your DPP* | You may need to interface with a DPP at any point throughout your 52 week training (*if your training year includes the prescribing learning outcome) |
| Consider which registration assessment you will sit | It is important you feel ready to sit your registration assessment. |
| Minimum of 10 weeks prior to registration assessment | Ready to apply application, to partake in the common registration assessment. |
| 52 weeks onwards | Register as a pharmacist via GPhC. |
