Foundation Pharmacist Assessment Panel

Overseeing post-registration foundation credentialing.

This was published when the organisation was the Royal Pharmaceutical Society.


The Foundation Pharmacist Assessment Panel (FPAP) is part of the education governance structure.

FPAP’s role is to oversee all post-registration foundation credentialing processes and reports to the RPS Education and Standards Committee.

More specifically, FPAP will:

  • Setting of standards for post-registration foundation assessments
  • Quality assurance of post-registration foundation assessments
  • Ratification of post-registration foundation assessments.

Members of FPAP were recruited through an open process with a number of high-quality applicants from across the UK and pharmacy sectors.
