RCPharm mentoring programme

RCPharm mentoring programme

RCPharm’s mentoring programme for 2026 – Your journey to becoming an effective mentor.

This was published when the organisation was the Royal Pharmaceutical Society.

We’ve listened to feedback from our RCPharm Mentors asking for more training and support, because you want to be more effective as mentors.

This programme, Your journey to becoming an effective mentor, will help to improve your mentoring skills and build confidence, so you can be a more effective mentor.
