Directory of consultant pharmacist credentialed RCPharm members
The members listed below have successfully completed the Royal College of Pharmacy (RCPharm) Consultant Pharmacist Credentialing Assessment. As a result, they are eligible to use the modified membership post-nominals MRCPharm(Consultant) or FRCPharm(Consultant).
Please note that this directory does not include:
- Members who have chosen not to give permission for their credentialing outcome to be shared publicly
- Non-members who have successfully completed the credentialing assessment
- Consultant pharmacists who were already in a consultant pharmacist post before January 2021, when credentialing was introduced, and therefore are not required to undertake the process
The area of practice shown for each individual is self-declared. The RCPharm credentials an individual’s level of practice, but does not verify or assess specific areas of clinical expertise. It is the individual’s professional responsibility to ensure that their stated area of practice remains accurate and aligned with their current scope of practice.
