The launch of the Royal College of Pharmacy in April 2026 was a pivotal moment in our history but it was just the start of our journey.

Now we have entered the next phase in our history — Your College Your Home Our future — as we focus on transformation and achieving our ambitions. Our roadmap for the next two years is set out in our new transition strategy ‘Building the future of pharmacy‘.

By 2028, we are looking to create an inclusive, supportive professional home for our members and the wider profession, ensuring all voices co-design and shape the College’s long-term future.

To achieve this, we have launched Your voice: Create RCPharm’s future together to begin to shape our long-term strategy. This is a conversation across the UK and with our overseas members and partners to develop our long-term strategy.

As part of this, we are initially inviting members, partners and the public to give their views on the future of the college here on our Your voice portal. Whatever you have to say, please add your comments here. There are a number of ways to give your feedback: either by a short survey with three questions, longer feedback under three key areas or by organisation. Please use the buttons below. The portal will remain open for several months. 

This is just the start, the Our voice portal is part of a larger comprehensive engagement with roadshows, face-to-face discussions and other events planned for 2027 to shape the future of the College and pharmacy over the next decade.
