Development of this resource

In 2025, the Royal Pharmaceutical Society (RPS) (now the Royal College of Pharmacy) was commissioned by NHS England (led by the NHSE Network of Excellence in Pharmacogenomics and Medicines Optimisation) to develop this resource. The expertise from a UK-wide multidisciplinary task and finish group and a further validation group supported and refined this resource.
