As the hint suggests please use the current email associated with your membership or your user registration. If you are a member you can also use your membership number.

If your membership number or email  is recognised, you will be prompted to enter the password.

On your first visit to the Royal College website, please click on the ‘Forgot password’ link.

If you entered your membership number, when you click on the ‘Forgot password’ link, you will be asked to select the email address which should be used to verify your identity. Please ensure you enter the email address associated with your membership account.

Click on the highlighted email address to confirm that you want to change your password.

Please check your emails, and your junk email items. Once the email arrives, enter the code into the field and click on Verify. You will then be able to reset your password. You may need to enter a new password rather than reuse your existing one.
