Why have you changed the navigation/the way you display content?
As we prepared for the move to a Royal College, we took the opportunity to analyse our content and categorise it based on themes and key topics to make it easier to display content to you in a new and more intuitive way,
From speaking to our users, we knew that the navigation on the previous site was confusing and that people wanted to be able to easily find content. We have improved the search to make it easier to find the content you need to read.
How do I use the new search?
At the top right of every page is a search box. Please enter your search word or term into this box and click on the magnifying glass or press the enter key on your keyboard. This will return a list of results for your term, with the most relevant articles at the top.
On the left-hand side of the page is a list of filters. Should you wish to show the results by a filter, please pick the relevant option and click on ‘Apply’ at the bottom of the list. Your search results will then update to show only those articles that match your search criteria.
Why can’t I find an article?
Please get in touch with the support team if you have any problems accessing an article and a member of the team will be able to help.
