The Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) has published a class 4 medicines defect notification for Baclofen 10mg tablets. Special Concept Development UK Limited has informed the MHRA that the Patient Information Leaflet (PIL) for specific batches do not contain the correct safety information.
